JAN DAVIS KALOGRIDIS
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mitchell is a seasoned real estate developer with over 25 years of experience in Florida and Texas. He co-founded Kalo Real Estate Development in Orlando, MK Developments, and Marbella Development in Austin. Mitchell's visionary thinking and engineering skills have contributed to significant developments in single-family, multi-family, commercial, and real estate. He is a graduate from the Business School at the University of Texas in Austin.

Jan studied at University of Texas and began her career at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell in tax accounting. With Mitchell Kalogridis, she co-founded Dynasty Medical and later ProtectAide, Inc., a top producer of disposable medical devices and garments. After selling the business in 1997, they switched to real estate development in Florida and Austin. Currently, Jan is the CFO of MK Developments, overseeing all financial operations.
MICHELE PERRY
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Michele has over 30 years of experience in project management. She graduated from Del Mar College with a degree in computer science and business/marketing, and discovered her passion while working with ProtectAide and in environmental engineering. She now manages all operations for MK Developments & affiliates, including overseeing the company's self-storage operations and several multi-family and residential operations.
